Reinstatements
A policy can only be reinstated if it is lapsed and falls within the reinstatement period as determined by the policy wording. A reinstated policy provides the policyholder with the same coverage and under the same terms and conditions. If you wish to have a policy reinstated, you should proceed to a location nearest to you with the following documents.
- Identification for the Insured and Beneficiary (Passport, Driver’s License or National Identification)
- Birth certificate for the Insured and Beneficiary
- Marriage certificate for the Insured and Beneficiary or affidavits (if applicable)
- Payment of premium
- Vaccination card
- Proof of Address (Bank Statement or Utility Bill must be within 3 months)
